The Department of Biotechnology initiated a Journal Club in September, 2008 with a view to encourage research papers presentations. Initially, graduate students participated and presented various research papers from reputed international journals. The students select the research papers based on their interest and every week two students present their talk. The activity of the Journal Club is coordinated by Dr Naushad Rais, Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology.
