Experience
Dr. Hussain has received his Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology from Jamia Milia Islamia (A Central University) and Doctor in Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Oncology from Department of Biosciences, Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University) in collaboration with All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) New Delhi, India. He is the member of various scientific association and Editorial Board viz. Indian Association for Cancer Research, European Association for Cancer Research, European Society for Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy, Scientific and Technical Committee & Editorial Review Board on Biological and Life Sciences and associate editor of Current Research Journal of Biological Sciences. He has presented his findings in several scientific conferences across the nation. He has contributed DNA sequences in the universal nucleotide repository database GenBank which is part of National Institute of Health, Maryland, USA. Dr. Hussain’s current research interests include understanding the underlying molecular events in cancer progression and their therapeutic interventions.
Areas of Interest in teaching
At Manipal University Dubai, he is currently teaching papers related to Molecular Biology, rDNA Technology, Immunology at graduate and post graduate levels
