Mr.Ramesh has obtained his Diploma in Civil Engineering from S.R.R.S. Govt Polytechnic, Siricilla (Andhra Pradesh, India). Thereafter, he obtained both the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from National Institute of Technology (formerly Regional Engineering College), Warangal (NITW, Andhra Pradesh, India) with distinctions. He was ranked 8th at state level entrance examination in the ECET-1999 for admission into engineering and awarded with S.J.Jindal Merit Scholarship throughout the bachelor’s course. He was Gold Medalist in Geotechnical Engineering at NITW. Also, he obtained 1st position in All India National Level Civil Engineering Design Context. He worked for National Highway Projects (various stretches in NH-5 & NH-9 in India) in quality control of road materials as well as various field surveys (topographic as well as condition and assessment surveys) on behalf of M/s. aarvee associates, Hyderabad, India. Later, he worked for M/s. Reliance Industries Ltd in Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone (NMSEZ) development project as Assistant Manager in construction division. He is life member of Indian Geotechnical Society (IGC). Since 2007, he worked on abundant geotechnical investigation projects in Gulf Region (UAE and Oman) while working with M/s. Geoscience Testing Laboratory as well as M/s. Spektra Jeotek and involved in prestigious infrastructure projects in UAE like Lulu Island, Al Bahrani Island, Ghantoot Development Project, Reem Island, Saadiyat Island,  Baniyas Residential and Commercial Complex, Al Raha Beach Development, Development of Extensions in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah International Airports, ADSSC underground deep tunnel sewer project etc. and analyzed foundations from geotechnical point of view for civil engineering infrastructures like buildings, bridges and roads. In Abu Dhabi (UAE), he was also involved in forensic geotechnical studies at Sas Al Nakhl Development and various road stretches in Khalifa City. In Muscat (Oman), he worked on execution of pile constructions for buildings as well as rock bolts and cable anchors for rock stabilizations. Thereafter, he inspired to work in area of academics in terms of teaching to Civil Engineering Students and joined as faculty in Department of Engineering at Manipal University, Dubai Campus.
