Mr. Kailash Menon graduated from the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology, NIFT India with the Most Creative Design Student award. He has six years experience in the Retail and Export environment in India and Dubai.  He has five years experience in Design Education.  He is highly skilled in Computer Aided Designing for Apparel, and Textile Design.  He has worked with leading retailers both in India and Middle East such as Alternate clothing co, India, and Avenue L.L.C Dubai.
 He has encouraged and coordinated the participation of students for various design competitions like Colors, Spring Fiesta.  He was the Design Mentor of the participating students for “Traditional Garments of Middle east”, a project undertaken by Swarovski Dubai. This was for restructuring and redesigning the traditional Garment Industry and designs of Abayas and Sheilas.
 He has designed costumes for a south Indian movie ‘Allai Payuthe’ by renowned director Mr. Maniratnam and for movies directed by Mr. Rajeev Menon. In the movie “Kandukodem Kandukondem” he designed the costumes for former Miss World Aishwariya Rai. He has also designed the costumes and coordinated the clothes for BPL Batteries advertisement directed by Mr. Rajeev Menon.
