Dr. Gnaniyar Shahul Hameed is the C.O.E since 2006.
He received his M.Phil and his PhD in the domain of Finance from the University of Madras.
His dissertation title for his M.Phil was, ‘Convertible Debentures in Public Limited Companies’.
The title of his doctoral was, ‘Initial Public Offerings of equity securities in India – An Empirical Analysis’.
He has a cumulative teaching experience of over 33 years.
Out of this, more than 15 years has been in research experience.  He is a member of the Doctoral advisory Committee at BITS Pilani in Dubai.
Besides this, he is a member for evaluation of PhD’s at various universities.
