Dr.Sangeetha Vinod has been with the department since August 2010. She has completed her PhD - Organizational Behavior. Her thesis was titled, “Occupational Role Stress among Women Executives in the United Arab Emirates”. She has a cumulative teaching experience of 12 years. Her specialization is into Human Resource Management – core focus areas being Training, Performance Management, Human Resource Development Practices and Organizational Behavior – core focus areas being Stress management, Leadership. She is “Certified in Human Resource Practices” by the eCornell University.
