Dr. Bhakti More

Dr. Bhakti More is the Dean of the School of Design & Architecture, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Dubai. She is committed to advancing design education that responds to evolving social needs, environmental challenges and technological change, while encouraging students to create spaces and experiences that are meaningful, inclusive and future-ready.

Under her leadership, the School integrates creativity, technical excellence, sustainability, digital innovation, research and industry engagement to provide students with a holistic design education. She strongly advocates experiential learning through internships, live projects, workshops, competitions, site visits and industry collaborations that connect classroom learning with professional practice.

Dr. More also emphasises the unique advantage of studying design in Dubai, where the city itself serves as a living laboratory of architecture, innovation, multiculturalism and sustainability.
