The conference features three competitions:

1) Roundtable Conference

Topic: Escapism vs Engagement: Are we Coping or Avoiding?
Student delegates join a moderated roundtable to debate how we navigate a noisy world — when “switching off” helps, and when it hides the real issue. Best Delegate is awarded.

2) Lobotomy — The Psych Quiz

A fast-paced psychology quiz to drill your brains — concepts, cases, pop-psych myths vs evidence. Mixed rounds for speed and accuracy. Team with the highest score wins.

3) Just Reel With It — Reel-Making Competition

Create a short Instagram-style reel that explains, critiques, or playfully demystifies a psych concept in a noisy world. Judged on clarity, creativity, and engagement.

Awards & eligibility

Overall Champion: School with the highest cumulative points across events.

Prizes: Trophies, certificates, and higher-education scholarship awards for winners.

Who can participate: 
Open to all school students (Grade 9/Level 8 and above) — you don’t have to be a psychology student.
