The Future Sustainability Leadership Program is an outreach initiative led by Masdar to engage, educate and empower university students to become the next generation of sustainability leaders capable of carrying forward the sustainability agenda.
FSL is a year-round initiative that creates a network of young sustainability enthusiasts, offering them core knowledge, skills training, genuine work experience and networking skills through events that take place over a 12-month period.
The current cycle has begun at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW), the region’s largest sustainability gathering, held each year in January in Abu Dhabi. The program currently consists of 50 shortlisted students from all over the UAE.
