School of Humanities & Social Sciences releases cookbook on the occasion of International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste

School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SOHSS), MAHE Dubai recently organized a campaign, “Leftovers: Food for Thought” as part of the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste on the 29th September 2022.

As part of it, the School launched the Scrappy Cooking Recipe Cookbook - a cookbook that highlights recipes of delicious dishes that can made using leftover items, making sure every piece of food is consumed and not wasted. The entries for the cookbook were collected through a competition, that was open to MAHE Dubai students, faculties, staff and their families.
