Dr. Bhakti More, Dean, School of Design & Architecture at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Dubai, participated in a closed roundtable discussion hosted by Creatrix Campus on the theme “From Data to Decisions: Operationalizing AI in Institutional Effectiveness.”
The 60-minute discussion brought together higher education professionals to explore how universities are moving beyond AI pilots and dashboards and embedding artificial intelligence more meaningfully into institutional processes.
The conversation focused on the practical use of AI across areas such as institutional decision-making, quality assurance, academic planning, KPI monitoring, student attainment, and performance management.
Unlike a traditional presentation-led session, the roundtable was designed as a conversational forum, with participants sharing their experiences, observations, and perspectives on how AI can support institutional effectiveness in a more practical and sustainable way.
Dr. Bhakti’s participation contributed to the wider discussion on how higher education institutions can make better use of data and emerging technologies while ensuring that AI supports academic and institutional priorities in a meaningful manner.
The session was moderated by the Creatrix Campus team and created space for participants to exchange insights on the opportunities and challenges involved in moving AI from experimentation to everyday institutional use.
