
Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Dubai is pleased to share that a team of first-year BSc Information Systems and Management (ISM) students secured Second Place at Hackathon 2026, organised jointly by the Government of Dubai, Dubai Customs, and the University of Dubai.
The winning team, “Quintet,” competed against teams from several reputed local universities, including Amity Dubai, BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, University of Dubai, and others. The hackathon witnessed participation from 35 teams, out of which 13 teams were shortlisted for the next stage, and only three teams were selected as winners after the final round of presentations.

It also highlights MAHE Dubai’s continued focus on experiential learning, innovation, and preparing students to engage confidently with industry and government-led platforms.
