MAHE Dubai is proud to announce that students from the School of Life Sciences have won the Best Student Poster Award at the 19th Dubai International Food Safety Conference (DIFSC) 2025.
The winning digital poster, titled
“AI–Driven Model for Non-Invasive Microplastic Detection in Powdered Food Supplements”, showcases an innovative approach to enhancing food safety through artificial intelligence and non-invasive testing methods.
