The study examines how employees adopt personal AI tools at work, mapping common usage patterns and risks such as privacy, data leakage, bias and shadow AI. It proposes BYOAI-GOV™, a behavior-aware governance framework that helps organizations balance innovation with compliance, security and ethical practice.
