Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) Dubai is pleased to share that Prof. Asifa Mahajabeen and Prof. Shaghi Nair, faculty members at the School of Design & Architecture (SoDA), have successfully qualified as Chartered Architectural Technologists, MCIAT.
The title Chartered Architectural Technologist, MCIAT is a legally protected and regulated designation under the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) Royal Charter. This achievement marks a significant professional milestone and recognises advanced competence in architectural technology, including building design, technical detailing, regulatory compliance, sustainable design, and the delivery of high-performance built environments.
Chartered Members of CIAT adhere to a professional Code of Conduct, ensuring integrity, competence, and high standards of practice. The MCIAT designation is recognised internationally and reflects professional credibility across industry, academia, regulatory bodies, and research-led educational platforms.
