Dr. ARIF HUSSAIN
The School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai Campus was established in the year 2004 and became the first institution in the entire Middle East to provide a bachelor and master’s degrees in biotechnology.
Currently, we offer BSc Biotechnology, BSc Food and Nutrition Science, MSc Medical Biotechnology, MSc Molecular & Human Genetics and PhD programs. The School of Life Sciences' intent on nurturing youngsters to become contributing professionals in the field of life and health sciences.
Students receive advanced training in various techniques under the direct supervision of highly qualified and experienced faculty members. The majority of our alumni are pursuing higher studies and research in USA, Canada, UK, India, Australia and UAE. The School of Life Sciences is firmly entrenched in a forward looking vision while deeply grounded in education and research, for the creation of products and services for the society at large.
