Biography
Dr. Shubhi Rathi is an experienced academic and researcher with over 10 years of expertise at the intersection of Statistics, Finance, and Analytics. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Manipal School of Business, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai, where she imparts knowledge in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Statistics, and Research Methodology to both postgraduate and undergraduate students. Her multidisciplinary background spans academia, industry research, engineering, and finance, enabling her to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications.
Research
Dr. Rathi has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation, OPSEARCH, and the International Journal of Systems Assurance Engineering and Management. Her research contributions focus on Bayesian reliability models, goodness-of-fit testing, stress-strength models, and robustness of sequential life-testing procedures.
