Biography
Dr. Subburaj Alagarsamy is the Associate Head and Assistant Professor at Manipal Business School (MBS), Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Dubai, UAE. He also serves as the Research Coordinator for the Centre for Research and Doctoral Studies. With over thirteen years of international academic and research experience across India, the Maldives, and the UAE, Dr. Alagarsamy is recognized for his contributions to organizational behavior, human resources management, and behavioral research in management.
