The two-part exam is known for it’s competitive edge in the finance world, and getting through is difficult even for industry professionals, a feat achieved by Ayush with flying colours.

The finance whiz’s laurels do not end there, not only is he at the top of his class at the School of Business, MAHE – Dubai, but he is also currently preparing for the second level of the Chartered Financial Analyst programme, after having cleared the first level in December, 2019, shortly after giving his FRM exam.

Ayush admitted that his motivation to pursue such achievements was initially to distinguish himself at a professional standpoint from the scores of business students, but also stemmed from his passion for all things finance. A passion that was kick started at an early age through his interest in economics and dinner-table chats with his family about commerce and business.

Though the path to his success was gruelling and required many sacrifices on his part with regard to leisure time and connecting with friends and family, he stated that the months of being holed up with his books was well worth it in the end.

He acknowledged the immense role his family played in supporting him, as well as how winning the support of the faculty was instrumental to his success. He also stated that his accomplishment at such a young age only gives him more time to think about further goals for his future. He plans on pursuing a career in investment banking and financial entrepreneurship, not only for the lucrative prospects but also because he looks forward to the intellectual challenges and demands that accompany the career.

Apart from the happiness that comes from following your passion, Ayush also added that he was pleased that he would be able to contribute to his family’s happiness by making use of the opportunities that follow his accomplishment. Ayush is well on his way to achieving a successful career in finance and has already been approached by leading banks in the country.

We’re proud to call him one of own, here at MAHE – Dubai, and wish him the best for his future endeavours.
